These are behaviors that you will practice daily or weekly to decrease symptoms. We will discuss ways to incorporate behavioral change into your life for sustainable change.

Cognitive Techniques

These are techniques that help challenge thinking patterns that impact your mood or daily functioning.

Mental Health Education for Small Groups or Small Businesses

Informational two-hour session that provides education on signs and symptoms of mental health issues. Includes handouts with a discussion on basic copings skills to practice for certain mental health issues.
